As the sole designer in the team, I design end-to-end experiences for Extern’s learning platform in close partnership with PM, Engineering, L&D, and Marketing.

Led the design of an AI-powered feedback experience that gives students fast, structured guidance on their work while helping reviewers scale high-quality, consistent feedback without starting from scratch each time.
Designed a credit card free trial experience for eligible accounts that allows users to experience the service without friction, increasing value perception while building trust.
Replaced a review-gated, multi-step application form with a self-serve exploration model: preview first, enroll when ready. I’ve simplified steps, added progressive guidance, surfaced program availability upfront and included recommendations that match user’s interests.
Designed the entire journey, from gift purchase to redemption. Through close collaboration with Engineering and Marketing, i was able to design considering every aspect of the UX, aligning language and brand visuals to better communicate with our target audience.
Designed reactivation landing pages and message variants with clearer why now value targeting dormant cohorts.
Initiated the construction and currently feed a Variables-based Design system, allowing us to achieve faster handoffs, fewer inconsistencies, and steady progress toward WCAG 2.2 intent.
I seek to mantain a close relationship with Marketing, supporting them with on-brand visuals that match in-product patterns and speak consistently about value.
